Imrie Prospector’s Point

Project History

Edmonton’s first woman architect, Mary Louise Imrie, donated this land along the North Saskatchewan River to the Alberta Sport, Recreation, Parks and Wildlife Foundation in 1988. Her intention was that the land be used and enjoyed by the people of Alberta. Imrie Prospector's Point

Driving Directions From Edmonton

Head West  to Highway 60 (toward Devon). Turn South on Highway 60 and then turn East at Graminia Road (Township Road 511). Go for approximately 1.5 km (1 mile) and turn South for 0.5 km (¼ mile) on Range Road 262. Park the vehicle and walk to the Northeast part of property. There is a multi-use trail that runs through the property.
