In 1999, Edgar Mothersole donated this land to the Alberta Sport, Recreation, Parks and Wildlife Foundation with the intention that the land be maintained as a wildlife sanctuary as
he had done since 1929. |

Driving Directions From Edmonton
Head West on Highway 16 to Secondary Highway 770 and turn South (left). Continue South, go over the bridge for the North Saskatchewan River and turn right to go toward St. John’s School at Range Road 30. Follow the road to a T intersection and turn right. Mothersole Park is approximately 1 km (½ mile) on the left hand side of the road.
