Joy Eisert Habitat Lands

Project History

In 2004, the Alberta Sport, Recreation, Parks and Wildlife Foundation purchased this land from the estate of Joy Eisert. This was made possible through an anonymous donation and through funds generated by the This Living WorldŽ Nature Trust. Joy Eisert was a farmer with a long history of conservation projects. As indicated in her Will, Joy wanted the land to be kept for the preservation of wildlife habitat. Joy Eisert Habitat Lands
